HEAD OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY*CUSTOMER SERVICE
BASIC SALARY Ј80,000 + COMPANY CAR UPTO Ј20,000, BRADFORD
An exciting opportunity has arisen within my clients IT department for an experienced Head of Information Technology*Customer Service.
Heading a team of approximately 50 staff within helpdesk, desktop support, user admin*security, software support and intranet portal management departments.
The role requires a strong business acumen and a solid understanding of different technical environments including SQL Server environments, supporting bespoke software applications, helpdesk management, networking, hardware, databases and supporting desktops over multiple locations. You will also be involved in developing external supplier contracts and tender agreements, integrating such partnerships and evaluating supplier performance.
The successful candidate will possess experience of leading an IT Customer Services function of significant scale, within a blue chip, customer focused environment, eg. financial services, insurance, retail, retail financial services or privatised utilities. Our client would expect a minimum of 10 years in a management role and at least 5 years in IT service provision.
The Package:
A base salary of up to Ј80,000 per annum. Other benefits will include a potential 30% bonus, based on divisional and personal objectives, family private health cover and fully-expensed company car in the region of Ј20,000.
